2. Services Provided
C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited offers the following services:
- Air Freight: Transportation of goods via air, including domestic and international shipments.
- Sea Freight: Transportation of goods by sea, including FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) services.
- Road Freight: Transportation of goods via road for both local and international destinations.
- Project Cargo: Special handling for oversized, heavy, and complex cargo, including logistics management.
- Warehousing: Storage services for inventory, distribution, and supply chain management.
- Express Domestic & International Services: Fast and efficient parcel delivery services within the country and internationally.
- Customs Clearance Services: Assistance with the customs process for both export and import shipments, including documentation, duties, and compliance with regulations.
3. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and accept responsibility for any actions that may arise from the use of our services.
4. Shipping & Handling
- All shipments are subject to the applicable terms and conditions as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the shipment’s nature, value, destination, and any special requirements.
- C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but shall not be held liable for any delays caused by events outside its control (e.g., weather, customs delays, etc.).
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
- The prices for our services will be quoted based on the specifics of the shipment (e.g., weight, dimensions, destination, etc.).
- Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed to in advance.
- Invoices are payable as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges as stipulated in the invoice.
6. Liability
- C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen events.
- For air, sea, and road freight shipments, liability for loss or damage to goods is limited by international conventions, including the Warsaw Convention (for air freight) and the Hague-Visby Rules (for sea freight). Specific liability limits and exclusions will apply.
- The customer agrees to fully indemnify C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited against any claims, costs, or damages arising from the customer’s failure to provide accurate information or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Insurance
- While C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited may offer insurance options for shipments, it is the client’s responsibility to decide whether to purchase additional insurance to cover the full value of the goods in transit.
- C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited will not be liable for any uninsured losses.
8. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with the customs laws and regulations of the destination country.
- C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited will assist with the customs clearance process but cannot guarantee that shipments will not be delayed or held by customs authorities.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
9. Confidentiality
C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited respects the confidentiality of its clients’ information. All personal, financial, and shipment data provided will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the customer must settle all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the point of termination.
11. Force Majeure
C N Air Global Logistics Private Limited shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, pandemics, accidents, natural disasters, governmental actions, or any other unforeseen events that may prevent or delay the performance of services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
